Here is our school policy for Remote Education (Home Learning) during lockdown 3: POLICY FOR REMOTE EDUCATION
Here are details of our remote learning offer: Remote Learning – Information for Parents
Here is a self-evaluation summary of our provision for remote education provision: Remote Education – Self Evaluation Summary
Our home learning portal is an online programme called ‘Tapestry.’ On 5th January, 2021, we Emailed all parents with a link to activate their Tapestry account. This link allows you to create a username and password, so that you can log in to Tapestry to view your child’s home learning each day. Families may then upload completed work to their child’s learning journal on Tapestry. There is a step by step guide on how to do this here: Tapestry Support
Please remember that our school building is open every day, Monday-Friday. You are welcome to telephone to discuss any queries or concerns you may have about home learning. You are also welcome to type a question or comment to your child’s class teacher on Tapestry. This way, you will receive feedback as soon as possible.
We have tried to address issues with home learning as they have arisen, and have done this through our weekly newsletters, which can be accessed here: Weekly Newsletter – St Peter’s Stalybridge
Thank you to all the families and children who are working so hard at home each day – ” … striving for excellence in all you do – to be the best that you can be.” (As it says in our Mission Statement)!
Here are class weekly timetables for remote learning:
Reception | Year 1 | Year 2 | Year 3 |
Year 4 | Year 5 | Year 6 |
Please find below additional links to home learning. These are to help supplement activities directed by your child’s teacher on Tapestry.
