We were excited, pleased and proud to receive a visit from our mayor this half term. Each class shared their favourite prayer with our mayor (Councillor Tafheen Sharif), and she shared her favourite prayer with us, too.
One of our friends even put on some robes and a gold chain so that she could be a ‘mini mayor!’
The mayor encouraged all our children to work as hard as they can, and to try their best in everything they do – just like our mission statement here at St. Peter’s!
