Ash Wednesday, when we mark the beginning of the holy season of Lent. All children and staff will gather together in the hall for a liturgy on this day, and ashes will be received by everyone.

this will be celebrated on Friday 4th March. Please send your child to school in their pyjamas on this day, with their favourite book. Each class is going to spend some time reading quietly in the library. We are asking for voluntary donations of £1 on this day and will use the money to purchase recommended books for each year group.
